The purpose of these awards is to recognize the effort and trajectory of companies in promoting workplace health and preventing occupational hazards.<\/p>\n<p>The jury that granted the award was composed of members of the MAZ Board of Directors, advised by a Technical Committee of experts in Occupational Risk Prevention and Occupational Health.<\/p>\n<p>All the submitted applications were evaluated, giving greater consideration to those that demonstrated their commitment as a\u00a0<strong>healthy company<\/strong>, accrediting compliance with various points, including: the existence of a\u00a0<strong>Policy for promoting health in the company<\/strong>, the<strong>\u00a0commitment and leadership of Management in health promotion<\/strong>, the\u00a0<strong>involvement of the entire company structure in promoting Safety and Health<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>positive evolution of accident rates<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>improvement in absenteeism rates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to meeting all these requirements,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberfoil.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IBERFOIL<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has been awarded the MAZ Award in category B (companies with 50 to 149 employees) as<strong>\u00a0recognition for its sports activities and support in matters of equality and the environment<\/strong>\u00a0to improve the health and work environment of its employees at its Sabi\u00f1\u00e1nigo factory.<\/p>\n<p>This recognition highlights the effort, dedication, and firm commitment of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberfoil.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IBERFOIL<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to the protection and well-being of its employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberfoil.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>IBERFOIL<\/strong><\/a>, caring for people and the environment with advanced aluminium solutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On April 28th, the Mutual Accident Insurance Company of Zaragoza (Mutua de Accidentes de Zaragoza \u2013 MAZ) announced the names of the awarded companies in its\u00a010th edition of the MAZ Awards.
