The aluminium is one of the most noble raw materials that exist. It is used in a daily way and, probably, it is not known the great versatility of its uses, for example, we find it in the streets, buildings, transport, offices, houses, conservation of food products, packages…

The properties it inherently possesses, compared with other materials, makes it a safe bet both in the present and in the future. It is lightweight, malleable, mouldable, and highly resistant to high temperatures, humidity and corrosion. It is 100% recycled and regardless of the number of times it is reused, it does not lose any of its properties during the process. This means that its circular economy is infinite.

  • Food sector: They are used to create containers, food lids, flexible packaging, pet food, tetra brik

L’échangeur de chaleur est un composant essentiel qui permet le transfert de chaleur entre fluides dans les systèmes de climatisation, de refroidissement et de climatisation.

Cette initiative, qui se déroule depuis plusieurs années, est un point de rencontre entre les professionnels des ressources humaines, les étudiants sur le point d’obtenir leur diplôme, ceux qui viennent d’obtenir leur diplôme et les personnes en recherche active d’emploi. ALUCOIL a participé aux deux dernières éditions et est très heureux de pouvoir y participer à nouveau, non seulement parce qu’il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour rencontrer des jeunes, de futurs professionnels qui montrent de la passion et de l’enthousiasme pour faire partie d’une entreprise, et qui au travers de ce moyen peuvent commencer à réaliser leurs rêves et commencer leur vie professionnelle.

The agreement, signed this morning at the headquarters of Grupo Aliberico, between its president, Clemente González Soler, and the president of Olympia Las Rozas Football Club, Sonia Soria Colino, provides a framework for collaboration that will extend into this season.

With this decision, Grupo Aliberico continues with its global plan to reinforce the objectives of sustainable development within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy. Olympia Las Rozas Football Club is a non-profit organisation that was founded in 2015 with the unique objective of promoting women’s sport, and in particular football, at all levels and ages, from children to adults.

ALUCOIL, remarquable avec les nouvelles exigences

Le 28 décembre 2019, est entré en vigueur la nouvelle norme modifiant le code technique du bâtiment (CTE).

Cette norme vise à promouvoir davantage la durabilité environnementale et à permettre une consommation énergétique quasi nulle des bâtiments. Étroitement liée à ce point, la section traitant de la sécurité en cas d’incendie acquiert une grande pertinence, et plus précisément la limitation de la réaction au feu des matériaux installés sur la façade en fonction de la hauteur des bâtiments.

Les exigences de réaction au feu ont été modifiées pour les éléments qui composent les façades ventilées et dans leur isolation en fonction de la hauteur des bâtiments:

 

(*)Compartimentation du développement de la chambre ventilée tous les 10m ou 3 étages. Les barrières peuvent être intumescentes (elles ne se ferment qu’en cas d’incendie) mais doivent être au minimum E30.

One more year, the students of VTC IES Biello Aragon visit IBERFOIL

On February 11th, the students of Electrical and Robotics Vocational Training Courses (VTC), together with two teachers, visited the IBERFOIL facilities in Sabiñánigo (Huesca).

During the tour they could see the inside of the facilities. The technicians informed them about the electricity, electronics and high-tech automatisms that the factory has. They could also see the new Edelweiss Rolling Mill working at full capacity and they could checked how the working reality in the world of aluminium is, being able to put into practice the knowledge acquired and seeing the instruments and machinery that is at the leading edge in rolling mill roughing.

This visit was the perfect way for them to get in touch with the professional world that awaits them, in IBERFOIL, they will find a future according to their professional qualities.

This action supposes the approach between specialized students and the labor needs of IBERFOIL, leader in the sector of thin and thick rolling mill.
